Established by talented roleplayers from the now-defunct WWC and CWF, and run by WWC Legend Hurricane Jeff, Action Packed Wrestling has been able to thrive for the past six months due to a dedicated fan base and an equally dedicated roster of superstars!

APW runs three weekly shows a month (our flagship show is APW Overdrive) leading into a monthly pay-per-view. We have four major championships:

APW World Heavyweight Championship:
The big gold belt. The one every wrestler in APW strives for.

APW Overdrive Championship:
Our secondary title. The holder of this title is at the top of his game and is second only to the World Champion.

APW Tag Team Championships:
Every team in APW strives to carry these beautiful titles on their shoulder or around their waist

APW Xtreme Championship:
For those who prefer Singapore Canes over Headlocks, the Xtreme Title is as Xtreme as it gets - - it's a garbage can lid attached to a chain and covered in shards of glass and barbed wire!

Here's a quick recap of what happened on this Week's APW Overdrive. For complete results, go to www.actionpackedwrestling.tk

Salt Lake City, UT was the last stop before this Sunday's Apocalypse pay-per-view and to say that "Kaos" ensued is the understatement of the year!

The night started and ended with good friends turned mortal enemies APW President Jeff and APW World Champion Kenny Lambardo mixing it up - but not in the way everyone would expect! President Jeff had decided to give himself a warm-up match against one-half of the Tag Team Champions, The Hardcore Kid! Jeff was handing out a merciless beating on THK and was toying with The Kid instead of going for the win - - until a Kenny Lambardo distractionary tactic combined with a steel chair shot to Jeff's face screwed President Jeff and gave The Hardcore Kid the big win!! Jeff was livid to say the least and found the APW Champion in the back laughing at his misfortune! Lambardo told Jeff that this was war - and gave President Jeff an offer he couldn't refuse! Before the two men were done talking their match for Apocalypse this Sunday had become not only a match for the APW World Heavyweight Title - - but a battle for the custody of Little Kenny as well!

Following that insanity Overdrive General Manager Matt Metal made his way to the ring and stated exactly why he wanted to fight Phate at Apocalypse - disrespect! Matt went on to say he felt that Phate had no respect for the business or the legends that paved the way for him, including Matt Metal, and that he would end Phate's career at Apocalypse! This, of course, brought out "The Icon" Doctor Phate who had a rather mysterious woman with him dressed just like him but wearing a large hooded sweatshirt. Phate proceeded to heckle Matt Metal before telling him that it wasn't that he didn't respect the legends that came before him - it was that he didn't respect Matt Metal! He told Metal that he could never respect a man who is a shell of his former self, a man who was no longer relevant but desperately wanted to be, and a man who had become President Jeff's B****! Phate told Metal that if it was war he wanted it was war he would get - - and Metal agreed wholeheartedly, telling Phate that he would never be a legend and that after Apocalypse he would have no future in this business! Phate went on to tell Metal that he didn't need to be a legend - he was an ICON!

The second half of the World Tag Team Champions, "Iceman" Jason Royce, found himself one-on-one against the debuting "Steve Hawkens! A back-and-forth battle ensued, with Royce getting the upper hand! Royce was prepared to finish Hawkens off - - until he saw the Unholy Alliance of Sabur and Tony Blackwell dragging a bloodied Hardcore Kid down the ramp! That was just the distraction Hawkens needed as he dodged a 450 attempt by Royce and nailed his patented Danger Driver for the debut victory! Things didn't end there, though, as Sabur and Blackwell proceeded to make their way to the ring and set up two tables before leaving the Champs in a heap of blood and wood after Stereo Powerbombs! This occurrence forced GM Matt Metal to declare the Tag Team Championship Match at this Sunday's Apocalypse to be a Tables Match!

Nikolai Molotov, the man who took the #1 contendership for the Overdrive Championship by force, would have his in-ring debut that night as well, facing the always dangerous Vin E. Lambardo! The Overdrive Champion himself, Michael Lively, came to ringside to watch the contest unfold and was not pleased with the result as Molotov countered a Lambardo Triangle Choke with a Double Powerbomb and nailed Lambardo with the Communist Crash Piledriver to pick up the win! Both men stared one another down, Molotov making his intentions known as he motioned for the Overdrive Championship!

Our main event of the evening was pure insanity as the team of Twister, "The Icon" Doctor Phate, and Xtreme Champion "The Ace" Austin Daniels fought the trio of Sabur, "The Xtremist" Tony Blackwell, and APW World Champion Kenny Lambardo in six-man warfare! What was a fairly back and forth contest soon went sour after the referee went down due to an errant Flying Knee Smach meant for Phate! Violence erupted as Phate's mysterious young woman came to his aid with a steel chair - but Lambardo cuaght her in the act! Kenny looked ready to finish her off - but something about her stopped him dead in his tracks! This gave the lurking President Jeff the opportunity to blast Jeff with the World Title! Jeff then went about the task of waking Phate and the referee! Phate went for the pin - - but Lambardo kicked out! "The Icon" looked to finish the whole thing with his Lariat - - but Matt Metal had other ideas, smacking Phate in the back of the head with a steel chair! From there a melee erupted, prompting the ref to throw the match out! Everyone got into the action, the World Tag Team Champions charging the ring and gaining some revenge against Blackwell and Sabur as well as Twister hitting his friend and opponent this Sunday Austin Daniels with the Wind Breaker! Michael Lively made an attempt to save CoK Leader Kenny Lambardo from being attacked by President Jeff - - but Nikolai Molotov stopped that idea with a steel pipe to the cranium! The show ended with President Jeff standing tall - and letting Lambardo know that their match this Sunday at Apocalypse would be an "I Quit" Match!

Controversy Arises at Apocalypse!

This past Sunday Action Packed Wrestling rocked the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and while the night was jam-packed with action the way things ended left a bitter taste in everyone's mouth as arguably the most controversial moment in APW history took place!

APW President Hurricane Jeff and APW Champion Kenny Lambardo finally met face-to-face in an "I Quit" Match for the APW World Heavyweight Championship as well as the custody of Kenny's son! After a vicious and hard-fought contest that went back and forth Kenny was finally able to make Hurricane Jeff yell "I Quit" with a beautiful STF! Kenny celebrated his retaining the World Title and his newfound custody of his son Kenny - - but Jeff vowed earlier in the evening to make sure that Kenny Lambardo would NOT leave Las Vegas with the APW World Title and made another World Title Match to start immediately! The opponent? None other than the number one contender for the APW World Title, "The Icon" Dr. Phate! Phate got his APW World Title shot a month early - and thanks to an assist from President Jeff "The Icon" Doctor Phate is the NEW APW World Heavyweight Champion! The people in attendance were obviously not pleased and they showed their displeasure by showering President Jeff and Dr. Phate with loads of trash!
